What is your data like?

Here you can describe what kind of data and experimental setup you have, and read what others are up to. If you don't have your own data yet, you can describe a potential setup that you might be dealing with later on. Remember not to share any confidential information, as others can read these messages too!

I do not have any scSeq date at the moment, but just interested in learning about the scSeq analysis in case it it needed in the future.

I also don't have any scRNA seq data of mine. However, I'm interested in undertanding the pipeline of the data anaylisis.

I would like to analyze the peripheral blood cells related to immune systems.

My own project is to analyze this kind of datasets.

At the moment I do not have any scRNA seq data. I have experience in analyzing most NGS data except single scRNA seq data. I am also interested to learn new bioinformatics analysis skills.

I plan to do a 10x scRNAseq experiment soon, we will look at pbmc samples.

since I'm still learning the experiment and analysis, I can't say much for now

scRNAseq data from 10xGenomics kits on Illumina sequencing hardware, various organisms, high base sequencing quality. I'm unable to upload samples or subsamples to the platform for confidentiality reasons, but eager to see what you guys have been able to accomplish with this!

I do not have any scRNAseq data at the moment. But I plan to do similar analysis in future.

The same story as a lot of other students: I do not have my own data but want to learn the analysis method. I have analyzed bulk RNAseq data earlier, I am interested in the differences in the methodology. Also, I would like to see if scRNAseq analysis is somewhat similar/ comparable to flow cytometry gating.

I am still a student and don't have scRNA seq data of my own, but I am interested in the technology and want to be able to understand these pipelines in the future. I want to understand these analyzing methods to be able to potentially use them in the future if required.

I do not have any ready to analyze sc-RNA data at the moment, our lab is planning some experiments in near future so I would like to utilize this opportunity to understand how the analysis works ?
